At Storage Plus, your property is extremely important to us. We understand that when you decide to entrust us with your items, you are trusting us to keep your life and memories safe. We can’t control such things as natural disasters, of course, but we do believe in controlling how well your items are covered when it comes to loss or damage.
Does your homeowner’s or renter’s insurance cover belongings or business assets that are not kept on your main property site? If not, we offer our Platinum Protection Plan. If your current insurance doesn’t cover items in a storage facility, we offer our Protection Plan at low rates with no deductibles. As a bonus, we won’t raise your interest rate, even if you have to file a claim.
All of our monthly insurance rates are low priced and have no deductible. As an extra bonus, we don’t raise your insurance rate because of any claim filled.
How does our Platinum Protection Plan work?
- Our $11.00/ month protection plan will cover your items up to a loss of $2,500.00. We also offer $17.00/month (covers up to $4000.00) and $21.00/month (covers up to $5000.00) plans.
- Your protection is available the moment you move into one of our units.
- Your protection plan fee is added automatically to your storage bill every month for one easy payment.
- There is no deductible when you file and your monthly protection rate doesn’t increase just because you file a claim.
